Advanced Journalistic English
This course aims to help students develop skills in understanding and analyzing English news articles, and to express personal opinions on certain news topics in English. In addition, students will gain hands-on experience in news writing based on the topics available on Vita News (http://www.vita.tw). Students are encouraged to look for the background information of different news topics and to engage in class discussion. The course provides students with an opportunity to increase their vocabulary and keep up with major global issues in a variety of topics.
